With the help of the Story on Purpose teaser video, One Accord increased the prospective buyer engagement rate from their typical 2% open rate to 10% signing the NDA for "Project Redbird." And of those 10% that signed the NDA, 25% put in a preliminary offer. The strategic buyer that the owner always expected to buy his company put in a preliminary offer, but it was 50% less than a handful of other offers. The marketing efforts led to higher offers that forced that strategic buyer to increase their offer.

 

In this project, we created the teaser video, a 3-minute marketing video that the company is already using effectively, and a 4-minute CIM video that goes in depth on selling points.

 

Multiple potential buyers have shared with us how valuable the CIM video was to see the management team and see the facility before planning a site visit.

 

The project included two days of video production on-site. We were able to get the marketing video in the selling company's hands to start using before the CIM was even finalized.
